Room Rates

Knowlton Room (Queen Bed):Double/Single Occupancy with Private Bath - $120.00
Williamson Room (Queen Bed): Double/Single Occupancy with Private Bath - $120.00
Forand Room (Queen and Double Bed):Double/Single Occupancy with Private Bath - $120.00

Additional Person - $35.00

Rates include evening beverage/snack and full country breakfast.
New Hampshire Meals and Rooms Tax not included.

Payments and Cancellations Refunds

The Village House provides a safe transaction for our guests: When a reservation request is rec'd  an invoice will be e-mailed along with a confirmation.   Guests are requested to make payment via PayPal (which accepts most credit cards) via your invoice PayPal Button OR you may mail your payment due in the form of a personal or Travelers check.  Payment is requested within seven (7) days of request or we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

Cancellations made by Guests: Full refund, minus a $25.00 processing fee, will be made if a cancellation is made prior to two weeks before the reservation date.  Cancellations within two weeks will be refunded, minus a $25.00 processing fee, if the room(s) are rerented for the dates of the reservation.  Otherwise, deposits are forfeited.  No-show guests: deposits are forfeited.

 

Check-In/Out

Check-in time is between 3:00 PM- 7:00PM.

NOTE: We ask that you check-in prior to 7:00PM, we do our best to be available for our guests to assist with luggage, etc. ; if your travel plans call for a later arrival we ask that you notify us in advance to insure someone is available to welcome you.

Check-out time is prior to 11:00AM.

Children & Pets

The guest house provides an adult environment and does not provide sleeping accommodations for children under three years old.

We love pets but do not have accommodations for them. However, we will be glad to recommend some excellent kennels that are close-by.

We do have two Llaso Apso dogs, Jessie and Clarabell, but they are not allowed in the kitchen area or the Guest House......but are available on lease to give great tours of our lovely little village!
